The procedure of purchasing goods in our online store is very simple and consists of several steps.
1. Making an order
After you choose an item, click the button "Add to cart" and the item will be added to your cart.
Next, if you have finished choosing an item, click your "Cart" button.
Your cart page will list all of your selected items.
In the "Quantity" field, you can change the number of items to buy. After changing the number of items, you must click the "Recalculate" button to recalculate the total amount of your order.
In the "Actions" column, the following actions can be performed on each product: you can either remove an item from your cart or put it aside for the future.
You can also enter a discount code in the appropriate field.
2. Making and confirmation of the order
After entering the necessary information about the delivery of the goods (name of the recipient, delivery address, contact information, delivery option, method of payment, etc.) to place an order you need to click the button "Place an order".
A copy of your order will be sent to your e-mail address provided during checkout.
Attention! Wrong phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address can lead to extra delay! Please, check your personal data carefully when you register and place your order.
Sometime after your order (usually within an hour), our manager will contact you using the contact information you specified when placing the order. With the manager, you will be able to agree on the exact time and delivery dates, as well as clarify the details.
Note: For regular customers, on the site of the store there is registration. In your cabinet, you can view the contents of your cart, and the history of your orders, as well as repeat or cancel your order, and subscribe to the newsletters of the store.
3. Payment and prices
The prices given on the site are final and do not require additional payments under standard delivery terms. All taxes are included in the price of the goods.
Attention! For each individual order, there is only one payment method of your choice. Payment of the order in parts by various methods is not possible.
Possible ways of payment:
- Cash payment.
Payment is made in cash to the courier for delivery or in-store for self-delivery. Together with the goods received, cash and cash voucher and warranty card. - Payment through Sberbank.
You can pay for your order at any Sberbank branch. For the money transfer service, you will be charged from 3 to 7% of the value of the order, depending on the region. Money transfer will take about 10 days.
