One of the important components of our online store is that the sold products are certified and provided with the manufacturer's warranty.
For warranty service you need:
- correctly and without blots and corrections filled warranty card, which must contain the model and serial number of the product, the date of sale, and the stamp of the sales organization;
- a document confirming the purchase (bill of sale);
- the complete set of goods.
Please also note that upon receipt and payment of the order the buyer in the presence of the courier must check the completeness and appearance of the product for physical defects (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.) and completeness of the package. After the departure of the courier, claims on these issues are not accepted.
Guarantee service will not be provided if:
- the guarantee coupon was lost or not filled out
- the equipment was shipped into the territory of the Russian Federation illegally
- the product shows mechanical damage or has been opened
- factory seals were broken
- the operating, transportation or storage conditions have been violated
- repairs were carried out by persons who are not employees of an authorized service center
- non-original accessories were used.
